It is safe to say that it is too early to assign any guilt or blame based on what we know so far. The Sheriff’s Department is not commenting on the specifics of the claims, but does note that services for the hearing impaired are offered. So few showed up to comment on the rate that the Arlington County Board actually took a recess while it waited to see if anyone else would come to speak.
